CAMPs uses the email address you registered your product with. This might be different from what you use to sign in to your company file. If the email you used to register your product wasn't already connected with an Intuit Account , an account was automatically created for you.

So was finally able to get support through the application. I needed to update the software several times as it didn't take and then was able to have someone call me. The problem is that in camps they changed the name to latest version. You can add as many authorized users as you want to your account.
